I, Mr. Kamal Khan, a Mechanical Engineer by profession, was born and raised in Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh. At the age of 30, I moved to Pune with a clear vision to build a business that would create opportunities, deliver quality, and contribute to the growth of the manufacturing industry. My professional journey began in Minda Group , HITECH Gears ltd, and Maruti Suzuki IMT Manesar. After that I went to Dubai, where I worked with Emirates Glass LLC for 7 years. Those years provided me a valuable international exposure, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of quality standards and operational excellence.These organizations strengthened my technical knowledge, leadership abilities, and commitment to continuous improvement. Every stage of my career taught me lessons that eventually became the foundation of my entrepreneurial journey. Driven by passion and confidence, I established my own business in Glass & Aluminum business in PCMC wakad, Pune from 2010. From 2019, we have added new firm name as Crystal Interior Studio. From the very beginning, my belief has been simple. a company’s greatest strength is its people. I do not believe in leading from behind a desk. I work along with my team, understand their challenges, and support them in every possible way.
